Restorers of

Jewish followers of Yeshua become rooted firmly in their own land,
miracles
happen there.
But
nothing EVER sprouts in Israel
without a B A T T L E .
There are indeed miracles happening in the Israeli Body of Messiah:
* new congregations springing up all
over the country.
* a bold young generation bearing witness
of Messiah to an increasingly open and hungry Israeli public.
* a maturing business community with
great potential.
* spiritual gifts, artistic talents,
scholarship and leadership abilities that can bless the Body worldwide.
There are also battles:
high unemployment and high taxes,
leading to widespread debt and severe needs.
stress from terrorism and poverty
that shakes personal and family stability.
persecution from Jewish factions
hostile to our faith.
lack of marketable job skills
among new immigrants.
shortage of mature leaders for
the new congregations.
fractured relationships and
lack of accountability.
lack of wisdom and discipline
in money management.
too few businesses demonstrating
financial success and Scriptural integrity.
ignorance of our inheritance
in the Covenants of the Torah, which are fully accessible in the
Messiah.
lack of coordination in dealing
with the problems.
All the struggles point to the same thing:
Restoration is urgently needed, through wide community support and Spirit-led, unified teamwork guided by Scripture.
The needs are too great for any of us. But our God is equal to the challenge.
In fact, He has promised in His Word
to restore His remnant in all these areas
and more!
Restorers of Zion: A Unique Ministry with a Unique Approach
1* We emphasize
Body teamwork.
We view our job
as matchmakinglocating the needs and linking them with resources that
can meet these needs.
2* We try
not to duplicate other ministry efforts.
We first try to
match a need with a group already established for that purpose, so that
our own resources can be used for the services that no one else is providing.
3* We relate
to the entire Israeli Body.
Our service is
nationwide: Jews and non-Jews in all regions, native Israelis and immigrants
of all cultures, and even foreign believers who were granted asylum in
Israel as refugees.
4* We are
completely independent.
Restorers is managed
by Israelis who are not obligated to any denomination or organization.
We are free to follow the Lord's leading in priorities and new ways to
serve His people.
5* We require
accountability.
Our Shamash Network
verifies that aid requests are legitimate, recipients are submitted to
their spiritual leadership, and their congregations share the responsibility
for meeting their needs.
6* We want
to see "fruit that remains".
We seek long-term
solutions for the problems behind poverty budgeting, skills training and
extended aid, helping fewer people over a longer time to permanently enrich
the Body.
7* We serve
on a volunteer basis.
The directors
and the board of Restorers receive income from other sources. Our administrative
expenses are minimal, which releases more funds for serving others.
Restoration and You: A Strategic Partnership in God's Plan
Building up Israeli believers is an investment in the future of Israel.
There is no witness to the Jewish people more powerful than a loving, stable
community of Israeli citizens following their Messiah without apology,
contributing to Israeli society with integrity, and sharing their love
for the God of Israel in fluent Hebrew.
And
there is no more strategic time for that witness than right now in Israel's
history. The nation stands at a crisis point in many areas, and the
Lord stands ready to reveal Himself to a people that is becoming increasingly
aware of their spiritual need.
Building up Israeli believers is an investment in the future of the Church.
A prominent role in Israel's restoration is given by God to the nations:
"Behold,
I will lift up My hand to the Gentiles, and set up My standard to the peoples;
and they will bring your sons in their bosom, and your daughters will be
carried on their shoulders." (Isaiah 49:22)
Strengthening the Jewish believers will make the Christians stronger too:
"I
am speaking to you who are Gentiles.... Remember that it is not you who
supports the root, but the root supports you." (Romans 11:18)
To help sustain the Israeli believers is to repay a debt:
"For
Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make a contribution for the poor
among the saints in Jerusalem.... For if the Gentiles have shared in their
spiritual things, they are indebted to minister to them also in material
things." (Romans 15:26-27)

free of charge.

Widow & Orphan Fund - support for a fast-growing ministry to fatherless

Study, Training, Apprenticeships - sponsor believers as they
learn marketable job skills.

Business Seed Money - start-up and expansion capital for entrepreneurs
with viable proposals.

Drug Rehab Centre - ongoing support for a successful program run by
believers.

Council for Business Integrity - a national forum to reinforce Biblical
standards of conduct among believers in business and ministry.

Apprentices & mentors - teach an Israeli believer your job skill
or professional expertise.

New-immigrant adoption - sponsor a new arrival to Israel through the
first difficult years.

Twinning with Israeli families and congregations - build lasting relationships
on many levels.

Working Trips to Israel - a very different tour with our partner, "Road
to Zion". See the real Land and people, and work on a fix-it crew
in homes of needy Israelis.

Intercession - support various projects in serious prayer.

Promote Restorers where you live - pass on information, set up speaking
tours for us, recruit new Restorers in your community. For starters,

charitable organization, partner with us in funding projects that match
